Menstruation is a natural biological process controlled by hormones and the menstrual cycle, and physical activity like trampolining is unlikely to have a significant impact on the length of a menstrual cycle. Factors such as stress, diet, and overall health can affect menstrual cycles, but trampolining alone is not known to shorten menstruation. **

During this cycle, mares experience changes in behavior and physical signs of being in heat, but they do not have a monthly shedding of the uterine lining like humans do during menstruation. Instead, mares have a different reproductive process that involves ovulation and the potential for pregnancy. **

Burning before menstruation can be caused by a condition called dysmenorrhea, which is characterized by painful menstrual cramps. These cramps can be caused by the release of prostaglandins, which are hormone-like substances that trigger the uterine muscles to contract. The increased levels of prostaglandins can lead to inflammation and pain, resulting in a burning sensation before menstruation. Additionally, other factors such as hormonal imbalances, endometriosis, or pelvic inflammatory disease can also contribute to the burning sensation before menstruation. **
